We are Mark and Mark, the Cheese Curd Guys! We're two guys passionate about what we do - one foodie and one geek. We've worked long and hard over many months to create what we and others consider the best tasting cheese curds on the market!
Our mission is to continue to do our durn best to make our customers (that's YOU!) as contented as our cows!
what are we all about?
We make food that's fun! Really, what's more fun to eat than cheese curds?!
We use the best white cheddar cheese curds from the Midwest, we package our cheese curds when they are fresh (never frozen!) and our product has more cheese and less breading (we use a delicious golden panko breading). We use a seasoning process where the flavor does not burn off in the fryer.
Our cheese curds are so full of gooey, tasty goodness; they are endorsed by the cows!
Meet MONICA, our curdsgal (Director of Operations). After winning the “Miss Cheese Curd” crown 6 years in a row, she decided to retire from the pagentry and give someone else a chance. That’s just how she is, always thinking of others! Now she’s bringing all of that knowledge and experience to Curdtown.
Meet NATE, one of our curdsman (National Account Manager). Nate plays for the Curdtown baseball team. His nickname is “Good Catch,” for his uncanny ability to catch: fish, a cold, and of course the baseball. The ladies in the herd also consider him a “Good Catch,” they can be seen giggling and blushing whenever he’s around. (Sorry ladies, but he’s taken!) Nate just like the ladies in the herd, is outstanding in the field!
Meet PETE, one of our curdsman (National Account Manager). Pete likes things that are loud and heavy! He is particularly fond of Boeing 747 jet engines, active volcanoes, and ear-drum-bleeding music. He can often be found, out in the pasture indulging in his favorite pastime, which consists of strutting and posing. While performing, barely audible above the din, you can hear him scream out, “More Cow Bell!”
